Our office is located one and a half blocks east of the Laurens State Bank. We are on the south side of the street in a colonial style brick building.

Take Hwy 71 North from Spencer into Spirit Lake. Turn right at the Wal-Mart corner onto Hwy 9. Our office is located one mile east in the Edward D. Jones building on Hill Avenue. Parking for our patients is provided two lots to the west at the old gas station.
