Our business staff is available Monday through Friday to provide information and answer questions about fees, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage. 

We appreciate payment for services on the day that they are provided. If you have financial circumstances that prevent you from keeping your account current, we will be happy to discuss our financial options with you. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and most dental insurance plans. Our expert business staff will file your insurance claims, so bring your insurance information with you. Please recognize, however, that dental insurance typically does not cover the entire cost of dental care. The final responsibility for payment is yours. We are providers for Blue Dental/Wellmark BC/BS, and Delta Dental. Our offices continue to serve our present Medicaid patients. We do not participate in the Federal Blue Cross/Blue Shield program. The doctors both participate in the Upper Des Moines children’s program, the Donated Dental Services program through Delta Dental, the Iowa Dental Elderly Access Program, and the Dental Care for Person’s with Disabilities program through the University of Iowa Hospitals.
